Mark has practiced law in Arizona since 1986. Mark was born on
July 1, 1959 and grew up on a farm near Missouri Valley, Iowa. He
attended the University of Iowa where he received a B.A. (with honors)
in 1981. He also was selected to Phi Beta Kappa. Mark received an
M.P.A. (Masters of Public Administration) from Iowa in 1982.
After working in the public sector for one year, Mark attended
the University of Iowa College of Law where he graduated in 1986.
While at the University of Iowa College of Law, Mark served as Executive
Editor of the Journal of Corporation Law and was the co-author of
"Empirical Research Project, Statutory Needs of Close Operations
-- An Empirical Study: Special Close Corporation Legislation or
Flexible General Corporation Law?" 10 J. Corp. L. 849 (Summer
1985).
Mark is licensed to practice before all Arizona state courts as
well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the
U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S.
Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the U.S. Court of Appeals
for the Ninth Circuit.

Mark lives in Scottsdale with his wife Eva and his three sons. Mark's interests include his family, baking anything
