Mark D. Svejda's hourly billing rate is $300.00
per hour. Linda Gavin's hourly billing rate is $100.00 per hour.
All litigation matters require payment of
an initial $5000.00 retainer. Once the $5000.00 retainer is exhausted,
the client will be billed on a monthly basis. If the client's account
becomes delinquent for 45 days, we will seek to withdraw from any
further representation. All clients seeking litigation services are required to sign a Litigation
Fee Agreement. In cases of corporate clients, the Company's principals
and their spouses must also sign the fee agreement.
All transactional matters require the payment
of a minimum initial $1000.00 retainer. The amount of the retainer
may be larger than $1000.00 depending on the nature of the work.
If the client's account becomes delinquent for 45 days, we will
withdraw from further representation. All clients are required to
sign a Transactional Fee Agreement. In cases of corporate clients,
the company's principals and their spouses must also sign the fee
agreement.
